School of Law

If you are considering a career as a lawyer, and are looking for an online JD program, the JD program at the Berkshire University's School of Law has been continually accredited by the Committee of Bar Examiners since 1981. Our program emphasizes the practical application of theory, preparing students to successfully sit for the Bar Examination and enter the legal profession as highly skilled, ethical, and passionate legal professionals.

If you are considering either an undergraduate degree in law to prepare you for law school, or a degree or certificate to work as a paralegal, we have several American Bar Association (ABA)-approved undergraduate paralegal and pre-law degrees to prepare you for a wide range of positions in the legal field. Paralegals are valued members of a legal team, but they may not provide legal advice or legal services directly to the public, except as permitted by law.
