Berkshire University was founded with a vision of making higher education more accessible, even if you are a working adult or having a fulltime commitment to work or family. With diverse experience, we continue to concentrate on meeting the requirements of adults who wish to peruse education. Our management identified the features of working adults are different than the 18-23 year old college students; through areas such learner needs to know, self-concept, experience, readiness to learn, alignment to learning and motivation. These features influence our methodology focusing on real life experiential learning rather than being content driven.
