With diverse experience, we continue to concentrate on meeting the requirements of adults who wish to peruse education. Our management identified the features of working adults are different than the 18-23 year old college students; through areas such learner needs to know, self-concept, experience, readiness to learn, alignment to learning and motivation. These features influence our methodology focusing on real life experiential learning rather than being content driven.
